Before the live sale you can set a confidential maximum on any lot. The system bids for you by the smallest increment up to your limit, and when the lot opens in the lane it starts from the highest preliminary bid and continues with live bidding.

Each sale day has a lane that presents lots in order. A lot opens with a short countdown, every bid resets it, and when it ends the lot is declared sold or awaiting seller approval, then the next lot opens automatically.

If a lot ends with a highest bid below the seller's minimum, it goes to the seller within the published period to accept, reject or counter. Your bid stays binding during that period and your guarantee is held until the decision.

A lot with no minimum: sold to the highest bidder whatever the amount when the countdown ends.

If the seller sets a Buy Now price, you can buy the lot at that price before bidding passes it; the lot closes and your deal is created immediately.

Distinctive plate auctions are for verified users: verify your identity, fund the guarantee and bid. After payment the number is officially transferred to your name at the General Traffic Directorate, and ownership is complete only upon registration there.

Yes. If the auction is won with your bid, a deal and contract are created that bind you to buy at the price you bid.

Bidding in the last seconds extends the auction automatically so everyone gets a fair chance to respond.

From the deal passport: review the terms, then re-enter your password to confirm your identity. The signature is recorded with the fingerprint of the version you signed.

Large deals require both parties to attend the company office to sign the paper version and match it with the electronic one.

A period after delivery during which you can open a dispute if the asset doesn’t match the contract or inspection report. After it, the deal completes.

From the deal passport, choose the dispute reason and write the details, then add your evidence. The other party’s guarantee is frozen until the final decision.

The guarantee prevents fake bids and protects the seller and serious buyers. Its amount is shown on the auction page and calculated by the bid value.

If you don’t win, it becomes ready for return as soon as the auction closes. If you win, it is returned after the deal completes or deducted from the price according to the auction terms.

No. Any deduction requires a staged dispute and a final decision after an appeal period, approval by independent employees, and appears in your guarantee log.

A grade calculated by a certified inspector from a comprehensive checklist. Any material defect caps the grade regardless of the average, and an approved report cannot be edited.

Through the approved payment provider or the company office before the payment deadline shown on your invoice and deal passport.

The system automatically opens a "non-payment" dispute, which may result in compensation for the seller from your guarantee after a final decision.
